azaz aThey have lock boxes. It took 20-25 minutes and three people to try and unlock the lock box. The worker said, “you have to get the code just right” and “this happens a lot”. Well, then FIX IT!! Why would you let customers continue to struggle with the lock and not get new ones?? It was extremely frustrating!!
