I had a guaranteed time to pick up and when I got there the guy that did the Reynolds wasn't even there he was 15 minutes late which messed my scheduling up and if it says guaranteed, I think you guys should honor that or compensate the customer for that.

They said they would check it in later which was fine but didn't want to give receipt and check it over before i left for any thing wrong and I didn't want them coming back on me so i made them check it out then check it in before I left.
Charlie M.Reserved a tandem axle 6x12 trailer for a 24 hr. rental. The guy at Rick's didn't have the equipment to lift the trailer on my factory hitch which was needed because the trailer was on a slight incline. I had to help get it on the ball. It took 15 minutes to hook it up with my help, but I didn't mind. He confirmed that the lights were working and off I went. I couldn't understand the dirty looks I was getting from motorists as I drove into Arlington. It turns out that the lights were defective and the trailer brake lights were on the entire time. No blinkers. Dangerous, but stuff happens. I return the trailer the next morning within the 24 hour period and mentioned the defective tail lights. I wasn't going to make a big deal out of the fact that I had rented a defective trailer. However when I checked my bill, I realized I was overcharged. Charged double! That I mind. I called Ricks and was told that I had not returned it until an hour or so after the 24 hr period. That's not correct. When I returned the trailer the next morning, there was no mention that I was past the 24 hr. period…. because I wasn't. No mention that I was going to be charged double. No paperwork. They must have checked it in late. So now I'm having to dispute the charge on my credit card as it is an unauthorized charge. I don't know if this is it a problem with Ricks or if this is how U-Haul generally does things, but it's bad business. That I do mind.
