After returning the car hauler on time and as instructed, U-Haul charged me for after-hours drop-off and for an extra day of use. The trailer was returned an hour before it was due, on the day that it was due. U-Haul should correct the issues with their systems so that customers are not over-charged.

Location was great. Staff here know u-haul well and makes pick up and drop of easy. Only bummer on u-haul’s side (not the pick up or drop off location) was the trailer lighting was inconsistent. All lights worked for part of my drive, then only the left side worked, sometimes not at all.
Kyle BPerfect already. Great service, prompt, fast, and super friendly. Great deals on tools too! Grabbed some Milwaukee stuff while I was there. I will definitely be back!

SUSAN SFirst off I am not the least bit satisfied. I was to pick up my truck in Warsaw, Indiana and then they wanted me to pick up the transport and Wabash Indiana, which was 50 miles away and then go back and pick up my vehicle and then go another 20 minutes down the road 2 load the track. When I got there to the u home they did not have a Dolly for me. I am not satisfied at all. I have never had a bad experience. With u home and I might consider next time whether I use you or not
