The engine of the truck kept surging and almost stalled twice on the road and DID stall once in the parking lot. When I went to turn it in, I knew I was going to be a bit late (I was at the location, it was just taking longer to unload it) so went to the office and waited with two other people for over 15min for someone to come out and talk to me. When they did they were NOT wearing a mask and we're in fact chewing food still. I asked if I could have a little more time to finish unloading into their storage units and was told (through his chewing of food) that there was an after hours drop off, but it was hard to understand him talking with food in his mouth. Even the other woman in the office couldn't understand him. Then when I did drop it off I had to use the website and was charged over $100!!! Nobody told me there would be another fee!! I would have dumped everything onto the sidewalk and just turned in the truck if I had known!! To say I am unhappy is an understatement.

Used location several times, always rude despite having all check in done online upon revival. This time even worse accused of being 3 hrs late and tried to double charge as they incorrectly recorded return time. The lot agent told me I was giving him attitude and he would double charge me if I didn't stop talking. I was trying to explain situation. Site in serious need of customer service training.

Nothing the employees did. The system was was down so instead of being quick like it should have been since I checked in online and prepaid. It took over an hour to do a new contract offline and then 10 minutes of discussion about whether I had to pay a second time.

Customer service was very lacking. At both pick up and drop off, I had to wait on the staff to finish their personal conversations before I was greeted. I felt like an inconvenience for being there. Staff was not wearing masks or following Covid protocols even though all customers were wearing masks. The whole experience just rubbed me the wrong way.

Truck was horrible. Needs alignment, hard to keep on the road at speed. Gas gauge sticks when filling up, so returned on full instead of half tank. No opportunity for credit or refund for extra fuel due to mechanical issue. Drivers door seat belt would not retract on its own. Employees didn't even want to hear about my review of the mechanical condition of the truck. I tried.

The instore staff was friendly and helpful. When I reserved my truck online I selected to include the truck insurance because the website says if you pay for all your services online your check out time will be faster. When I get to the store and received my receipt is said I didn't have the insurance. Then I purchased the rental of a dolly. After I purchased it I was told that there was no dolly at that location. There is more to the story that I will not bore you with, but I never received my dolly and the regional manager did not help me at all and actually thought she was a bit rude!

Guy at counter, can't tell you his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag and didn't introduce himself, had no concept of urgentacy. I tried to use the app, but yet again it wasn't working. At no point after walking in was I acknowledged, until, "whose next" was said. Then I was asked for my last name and he simply stared at the screen then same "phone #?". If you had to find the reservation with my phone #, why ask for my name??? Then he simply walked away. No I will be right back, no excuse me a moment, just walked away! The interaction never got any better. I had to ask what to do when I return the truck, no damage was pointed out or documented, just "here you go!". When we returned the truck, three teammates saw my husband pull into the "return" area, but continued what they were doing. Then the same guy, slowly strolled over to my husband and the truck. I was inside where no one was at the counter. The 2 other teammates came inside, without masks on btw. The woman said how are you today? And the other guy went to the bathroom. At no point, "sorry for the wait", nothing accepting responsibility for making me wait. Overall, terrible customer service, the truck sounded and drove like it was going to fall apart, it also leaked on my belongings. The office looks trashy, and teammates continue to walk around without masks on. Would not use you again, would not recommend you to anyone I like, will go out of my way to discourage people to use you. Have a great day!

I have not been successful in having mobile device work properly when delivering vehicle back during after hours. Location services were turned on. Perhaps if you had a bar code to scan to ensure proper location it would allow another means beside GPS to allow mobile device operation.

The sign in app using your cell phone was a little bit confusing.I ended up going inside to complete getting the uhal.Otherwise, the staff greeted you, it was clean and I was off to complete my task.

Nothing against this location. My issue is with (1) the Uhaul main number for customer service and (2) "Traffic" as well as (3) web issues with returning after hours. I've tried to reach someone at "Traffic" and the Uhaul main number multiple times in the last week and had to wait on hold for way too long--over 15 min. On two of the calls, I just hung up. When I tried to return the trailer after hours, there was an issue with the website recognizing my location (that I was at the Uhaul location) even though I tried on 2 different phones. Therefore, we had to spend an extra hour the next day to return the trailer. The staff at the return location said there's been an issue with the app "all weekend."
