The location is very sketchy. The person that was in there was friendly enough but all he said was okay thank you and when I asked did I need to do anything else he said no but this was my first time renting a U-Haul and the fact that he didn't even ask my name or anything made me feel really uneasy about whether it would get turned in or not. I'm not giving him a bad review I'm giving the overall experience and not so good review. I was told to do things by mobile phone but when I try to do it by my mobile app it wouldn't pull up and they said it was because I wasn't online but I was online for everything else on my phone. I was left with the impression I had to take pictures and all this other stuff and I guess it was not necessary if I was dealing with a human being but that was not made clear. The whole experience was very confusing.
