When entering location, it continually came up off of the coast of Africa? Even on ya'll's app. That is only about a few thousand miles off and makes mobile pickup impossible. Only good thing was that a service truck happened to accidently come by and he was awesome. Not the help service over the phone or the chat. Just him.

First of all this was not my first choice. I booked the truck a month in advance and the day before i was to pick it up i get a call stating that the truck is not available where i was. Then i had to drive 45 miles to another location to the truck. App did not work and they did not have the requested dolly and moving blankets at this location. I also did not want the truck for three days but was forced to do so. I turned it in two days early. I will not be using U-haul again.

mario vU haul in Elsa,Texas. Was just a mile away. It said it had the equipment. Nope. Not on site. Drove 6 miles to other destination on 1015 it was there. Hooked it up on our way .
RODOLFO BThe drop off location was just a lot with no personal present. Just left the trailer with no one to verify drop off. Anyone can take the trailer we dropped off, as well as any other items
