Concentrate on one customer at a time. Very "squirl" like focus seen. Don't broadcast every single thing that goes wrong, because the customer feels what you project. The gentlemen at the front desk was spot on. And new his job well.

Drop off location is gates and has signage not to block gate, but does not have parking to accommodate this.

This location is very busy. Because of that, returning a vehicle can be a challenge when they have many units coming back on the same day. On my return on 11/24/2018, it was a challenge to find a place to leave the truck as there were already at least 8 already there. Also, there needs to be some way to inform folks returning vehicles to not block the gate. There is a sign on the drop box, but someone was returning a trailer and would not have a key to drop off. So they almost left it in front of the gate had I not informed them of the issue.

The person that handled the contract seems sleepy, tired, and disinterested in renting me a truck. He gave me the crappiest truck on the lot with the most damage. I will not use Uhaul again. When I went to the location to return the truck somehow Uhaul had changed the location on me and tried to make me drive to a different location and make me put extra miles on the truck and add more gas and I had to complain about it. This is not a very responsible way to run a business I will not use Uhaul again.

The truck storage was dusty and the ramp had debris on it. I was hauling furniture and I merely had to sweep it out, but this was a very small item compared to the other overall successful rental experience.

Staff is very helpful and assist you through the process quickly and they are thorough. I have used this facility over the years for my rental needs and I have never had any problems with equipment or staff. I have also tried there on line setup rental and literally all you need to do is pick up the key. Excellent service provided by staff always recommend and will continue to use your services in the future.
