I got messed out of my deposit. I rented out the u haul truck and I didn't even get to use it bc it had a blow out in my driveway and it took out the brake line and it took 2 hours for road side to come and they still did not fix it and then when I took the truck . Mr. Ventcent refused to give me another one and the gas that was used Mr. Vencent used it in the parking lot sitting it while it was running so y'all owe me a 100 dollars deposit and I want it now
michael L.The Location was/ is excellent. The truck I rented came from Jonesboro AR and was picked up for me. The truck was rough, cab bushings are wore out , driver door is bent and does not close properly which caused a lot of wind noise! I expect better from U-Haul
