We booked for 7:30pm, but the truck was not there. We had to wait till 8,3pm before booking an alternative for a higher rate to make the move. They said they will not charge extra for the alternative, but eventually they did. Very disappointing experience

Carolyn TYour app sign up has issues and I could not create an account. Your one time codes won't validate either in the app or the web portal. Employee of uhaul location said other customers had similar issues. Also I didn't get a contract to be able to figure out how much to fill up based on the chart. Had to fill up 3 times to get it to the right gas level. Very frustrating for a company that wants to have online check-in and returns.
Punit DHave someone in the office at opening 8am. The office was locked up and a sign with a phone number was posted. When you call the number it goes to voice mail. This caused many issues and a major delay. When you have people waiting to help you move it is very disrespectful to the customer.
