The pickup location was charged and there was no appliance dolly and I had made my reservation 6 weeks prior to my move, there was only 1/4 tank of gas and the windshield was very dirty.

First off that place is sketchy as hell! the guy never answered the phone and when he did he hung up before I could even speak and then declined all my calls afterwards. He also wants there when I checked in my U-Haul but his kid was? and I got charged an extra $57 dollars when I know we didn’t go over 50 miles, I barely went 30 miles. The tools I payed to rent weren’t at the location and he left a pile of moving blankets in the back although I didn’t rent them and said I didn’t need them. This was the worst moving experience I’ve ever had.
