Well my experience has always been excellent I didn't have to recommend UHaul Family and Freinds saw how convenient it is to use Your equipment so now they are using it. It speaks for itself. I first used your equipment for a family event. Now Everyone is doing it. Everything is excellent please keep up the good work!
Clarence G.The person running the store was very helpful. He helped me to unhook the trailer correctly and made the return process quick and easy. There could be more signage where to drop off the equipment and more information for after hour drop off. i.e. A sign saying "U haul returns and after drop off hour returns back lot". It may not have been good if I left the trailer in the front of the store in the front lot for an after hour drop-off since the back lot is a nice large parking are too.
