When I showed up it took 15 minutes to even find someone. Then it turns out the trailer I rented (6x12 utility) wasn't there. So I had to rent the 6x12 box trailer. Finally got out of there an hour after the time I requested. Now this morning I received the bill for a 2 day rental. I rented Saturday and returned Sunday. Very displeased with how this is managed. Somehow there is always a last minute change every time I rent from uhaul. It's very annoying.

Have the office area a little more presentable for customers. The computer keyboard, printer, fax machine and other office equipment looked like they had never been dusted. or cleaned.

I had to return the truck back to that location when I thought I could drop it off in Chillicothe but I had to return it there and he charged me for the extra mileage!!!And that’s not what I thought you had to do

The location I picked up at was great. All 3 locations I dealt with were. The problem lies with the corporate office booking my pick-up for 30 miles from where I said I wanted to pick up, they then told me to pick up at the location I wanted. I was never informed that the truck was at another location that was 30 miles out of my way. Worst move ever

I dropped the truck off at approximately 2am. No one was there. However, the next day I see U-haul charged me $35 because of fuel. this was clearly a mistake considering I picked the truck up with 41 miles to empty and returned it with 54 miles to empty...13 miles free to the next customer at my expense. I called Ironwill Inc. the woman was nice and stated she saw that it read 54 miles to empty but stated she did not charge me that U-haul charged my card. I immediately called U-haul and the problem has not been corrected at this time. I am still fighting to have my $ 35 dollars returned. I have made 2 phone calls to U-haul to be told I will be receiving a call from U-haul to have this resolved..in 72 hours, or call them...seriously! In addition, the only reason I dropped the truck off at Ironwill in the first place was because I was told I would receive a $35 incentive if I returned it to this location....well I have clearly Not received my $35 incentive and have been charged $35 when I should have never been charged but was expecting to receive $35, not be charged $35. It is horrible the fact that moving is so expensive and every dollar counts. So to be charged for something that I clearly did not do is devastating in a time like this...It only took U-haul a matter of minutes to charge me but it is taking forever to simply have it returned...2 days as of today and no resolution in site...I hope U-haul will correct this mistake quickly...

The location was fine as for uhaul in general was terrible had to go to three places before they could get me a trailer that I reserved 4 days prior customer service unsatisfactory at uhaul direct (not locations) need to be In sink with there branch locations will never use again !!!!!!

Tell customers up front on the fees & that once mileage is set & the customer needs additional days you should add additional miles instead of charging them for overage.. tell other employees that a customer has added additional days & payment was made so your business runs smoother..

Someone needs to call the City of Wilmington to replace the "Olinger Circle" street sign. This was the only problem that I encountered when i returned the truck.

Advertised online as $19.95 and cost me $$74 at time of rental for only the truck and for about an hours worth of time and less than 20 miles driven. Brought the truck back and was told “the guy” wasn’t there. So I just left the keys. I think I will be using another company in the future.

Pricing was increased due to unclear drop off time, trailer I wanted was unavailable. Would have done one way to save trouble, locations typically change on me. Been frustrated with uhaul for past few rentals.

I reserved a car dolly and was called back to confirm my reservation. When the guy called me back he told me that there wasn’t a dolly within 20 miles of my pick up location. He then told me there was a car trailer there and that I could pick that up at the same location at the dolly rate. After driving 60 plus miles to the location they had to find the (right guy) to get us takin care of since the normal guy was no where to be found. The (right guy) was found and was getting me taken care of and said it would be $152.30. I told him I was told 86 dollars at the dolly rate he said yeah that’s it and they will refund you the money at the drop off dealer. Dropped the trailer off in Columbus and the guy there who was very nice and professional explained that wasn’t right and that he couldn’t refund anything. So at this point I’m out 66 dollars that I shouldn’t be. With this experience I may never use uhaul sevice again.

It shows 2 locations with the same address when you map quest it. I called both places to find out where to go but nobody answered and nobody returned my call. I went to the wrong place first so I had to drive around to find the second place when I did nobody was in the office and had to walk around in the rain to find somebody.

The express check in is a joke. Have to give info again every time at multiple locations. Think you could figure out the problem.

I don't believe it is about the location my husband and I picked up the UHAUL. We had just rented one about six months ago and it was a very bad experience then. I thought it could not get any worse until after we helped my ailing mother move from her home that she sold, UNTIL, we rented a UHAUL truck again to move my husbands Father and his wife, who was just told he was terminally ill and had to go to Hospice care and worried about moving with his wife. I reserved a UHAUL two weeks ahead of time to get the right size we needed. I kept getting calls, (AND MY HUSBAND WAS HERE GETTING THEM TOO, ON OUR PHONES, RECORDINGS THAT SAID OUR PICK UP WAS MOVED TO ANOTHER LOCATION). Obviously, we needed a great company to provide a great service, like UHAUL used to do. It got worse when we got there the only UHAUL that was available was way bigger than we needed. It could have moved an entire house. We did not need that. Only a small one with a ramp that would move about six pieces of furniture. It was way more than disappointing. My husband got in the driver's seat and was ready to go, until he noticed that when I got in there was no buckle available in the passenger seat. He had to dig for it for about 20 to 30 minutes until he found it and then had to feed it through the holes in the leather seat, so I could finally buckle up to go get what we had to do done. Mind you, there were family members waiting on us because the house my husbands parents had lived in had been sold and we needed to get the furniture out as quickly as possible. This again, TWO TIMES IN A ROW WITH UHAUL HAS BEEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENC! My husband and I now are looking into other options, like using PENSKE the next time we need services like this. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS AND KNOW THAT THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU TOO, MORE THAN ONE TIME.
