ONLY ISSUE IS THE WE RETURNED THE TRUCK AT 8:15AM, THE ONE STOP MARKET DOESN'T OPEN UNTIL 9AM ON SUNDAYS. THERE WAS NO UHAUL DROP BOX(AS NOTED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS ON YOUR SITE), SO WE HAD TO RETURN THE KEY AFTER THEY OPENED. NOT HAPPY TO HAVE TO MAKE 2 TRIPS!

This was a great experience. No hassle on the front end OR the drop off at the end of the truck use. The ONLY comment I can make is that it would have been nice to have started with a full tank of gas.

vernon sThe attendant was super nice, but it was a poor new employee who is by herself running the whole convenience store and trying to do the U-Haul when they haven’t trained her yet while the manager was on the phone not coming out and it took over a half an hour to get the truck ready to go causing us to get on the road super late Totally not the cashier’s fault. She was super nice. The truck was in great condition and ran well and that was the bright spot. The customers were getting angry at the cashier for trying to help me because there was no one manning the counter totally on the business owner.
