The person who was working was not friendly or helpful. We were told not to unhook anything from the trailer we rented but when we dropped it off the employee made us unhook all the equipment. Also I man sat on the curb & smoked a cigarette watching as we did this. When we brought the issues we had with the truck he just said to email corporate he couldn't do anything.ERIC P.

The dolly I rented was not inside the truck when I rented and the rental was an online pick up after hours so I wasnt able to talk to anyone to get the dolly. Because of this I ended up having to get a refund from customer service and then buy my own dolly. So I ended up paying 80 bucks to buy one instead of 7 bucks for the equipment I had rented.Patrick J.
I had originally reserved at a location closer to home, but the website didnt reflect the correct inventory. I had to cancel the reservation because a truck wasn't available. That was irritating even though I got the call right away that a teuck wasn't available. Just keep your incentory accurate, and I wouldn't have minded having to go out of my way to get the truck. I picked this location because I would be picking up from a person. The location wasn't open, and the website wouldn't load, so the check-in process, that should have taken 5 min, took 35 minutes and my phone battery was dangerously low by the time I got the truck. I would have been livid if the process had taken so long that my phone died. I called the 1800 number for help, but was on hold for almost 10 min before I gave up and ended the call. My second contact got a call, presumably to confirm the contact information I provided, so that part of the process worked, but the part about actually getting the truck was horrible. I will tell anyone who cares not to use that location, and probably avoid Uhaul in general.Angela R.

Make your app and web site work properly. Uhaul as a company should be ashamed of the poor quality of digital tools they make the customer try to use. Then when the tools doing work the Uhaul scheduling and customer service people. Provide just as poor support as the the digital tools. This must be a very poorly managed company go to have so many areas to be below average. I will never use Uhaul again, the rental experience was absolutely miserable.Austin A.

I reserved the truck online and completed the online check-in. There was a glitch with my reservation. Zak helped me figure it out. As the parking lot is narrow, Zak also helped to direct me to back out of the parking spot. I really appreciated Zak's help!Sallie B.

My pickup time was 10am. I was right on time. The place was closed. Sign on door said open at 9am. Called phone number, banged on door, about 15 minutes later the guy opens up. Couldn't find key, had me pay $30, cash only, for straps to tie down furniture. Just shady and not prompt. I was on a time constraint and was very upset that I had to wait.Natasha K.
The 24/7 on-line check in and rental pick up was one of the most difficult things I have done. I admit I'm not a techie, but it was ridiculous. I would much rather deal with a real live person.Charles G.
2nd and last time time I've rented from this location. Each time the attendants had difficulty checking me out promptly. None of the staff wore masks or maintained social distance. Based on this cavalier attitude towards customer safety, I highly doubt rental equipment is being sanitized between rentals by this operator. Very troubling.STEVEN F.

UHaul changed my reservation to a different location than my online reservation. When I went to pick up my equipment, the dolly and furniture blankets I requested were not in the truck. Customer service was not helpful and impossible to reach. No one helped me and I waisted an hour and a half trying to resolve this incompetence. When the office did open they did not have the equipment that I requested. This was not communicated. This experience was unacceptable and I will surely not use UHaul for my moving needs in the future.Steve V.

We did contactless check in takes a while because they have to call your additional contact people. We requested an appliance dolly and there was no dolly in the truck. When we returned truck we told him and he said he knows there wasn't one.Greg R.
