Only one person working. This person had to take care of the customers of the convivence store, No assistance inspecting the trailer or in hooking it up to my truck. Was left totally on my own to set it up. A person who never had done such before would be in trouble.

Nobody there to assist in trailer hook-up. Staff has no real idea what they were doing
MICHAEL SNo one was on the property to meet me and check me in and the door was locked despite me arriving well within the operating hours posted on U-Haul’s website and on the business’s door. Nobody bothered to show up despite me making a reservation weeks in advance and calling ahead to confirm they had the trailer. The trailer was also parked right up behind a box van on a grass field making it nearly impossible to move it over to a point where I could back the truck up to it. Unprofessional and unprepared.
Noah HQuick service - very friendly people
KENNETH NTrailers are stored in a mud puddle. Man working had no interest in helping connect the trailer, I don’t think he was going to even go outside until I asked. Had to switch trailers because running lights wouldn’t turn on in original one, on second one they came on, but after hitting the road they stopped working. Spent hours troubleshooting my cars electrical and finally found a blown fuse. Didn’t blow again until trailer was connected. Look under trailer and wires have been eaten by rodents and taped together. Tape failed and caused a short.
