Not an easy or convenient location. Long wait for service & no help with the hook up. Borderline rude. Also this was a change from our original pick up location causing over an hour in extra travel time.

ma Y.The owner of 8th street auto was rude as hell to me,he was the one who's started this pain in the ass for me.Not a good rep for your company he ran me out of his building,no deposit refund of $100 ,so when I left I was pissed,he flipped me your worthless pamplet and tells me to call the number on the back.That was the begining of my nightmare so now it's been over 3 weeks and I'm still trying to get my $100 back.I will no longer use uhaul for anything.This has just been a real pain invthe ass.Thanks UHAUL for blowing me off we will see who gets the last blowoff.
