I originally scheduled a car at the uhaul mobile on Gideon but they were closed on Sunday. But I went to other location and did not have the vehicle I wanted. I can't say I would ever do an on line reservation again.

Weekends are a known busy day. The past weekend was busy as all get out! If you did not have a reservation before getting in line, then you were up the creek! I called the reservation line at opening and the only truck available was a 10'- too small, however in talking with the servicing tech I was able to have a hold for anything bigger, long story short, I went to the location and waited in line! -walked out with a 26' thank you!

The overall experience was terrible. The trailer was supposed to be with the truck. Had to drive two hours out of my way to get the closest one. Was told I'd get a discount and that never happened either.Not a way to do business.

I reserved online. I still had to do every step I did online to get the trailer (online, I'm asked to input information to speed up check out process, this place didn't get the memo). Anyways. I returned early. It went too easy. Marcus said he would check me in and that I was "good". Well. He did not. So I got charged as if I still had the trailer the next day. I called to ask to fix my situation and double check that I had been checked in. The employee transferred me to an offsite customer service (I was confused, as I needed him to check that the trailer was there and to check me in at the time I returned it the day before). The offsite customer service couldn't help me as I was shown as having the trailer with the open account. My account could not be closed. I call the UHaul rental place again. I explained that I was not checked in as promised and I'm being charged for another day and it will continue until fixed (per offsite customer support). The lady at the store said she didn't know how to help me. I explained again that she could go to the back and see the trailer parked by herself and provably check he security footage if she didn't believe me that I had returned it at the mentioned time the day before. She said she would transfer me to the off site customer support so they can help me. I explained to her that this is my second call to the store and that I need her to close my account and check me in. She told that she didn't know how to help me. And that she "guessed" I would have to go there to see her and figure it out. I asked her, what are we going to do different if I show up in person to resolve it instead of figuring it out over the phone. She said she couldn't help me and that I could be transferred to the off site customer service for help. I don't think she understood the situation nor she thought anyone else there could help me when I asked and insisted I talked to the offsite customer support. So I told her that it's a waste of my time and theirs as I had already talked to the off site support and the ball was back on her field. That's when I lost it. And told her, fine. I'll go there hunt for the trailer, show them they have it (good thing I also had video with time stamp that I took when I dropped it off. I always watch my back when renting). 2 hours of my life wasted due to incompetent employees. Funny how once I arrived in person ready with my drop off video if needed plus having checked the side of the building for the trailer; Destiny took some time to easily check me out as I requested by my word only. Took but 10mins for Destiny to get me out with a receipt. Truly and ordeal. I don't think I'll be back to UHaul for some time. I do not like getting my time wasted like that.

Staff was very helpful. I was told I have to go to a different location to pick up the vehicle which was 40 miles away however the staff arrange that I could take a vehicle from their location this part of the whole process I do not like. I reserve your location expect to pick it up at the location not a bait and switch

The only thing that was not to my liking . I drove on my trip and had no brake lights or right Signaling light working The left light was good . . They have always had it ready and had no problems .Just an over sight .

Worst overall experience. Did not choose this location. Went to the location I selected, and was told there was no trailer there and the reservation was moved 30 minutes away. I was never contacted in any way about this change. I called the new location to confirm, but after using 2 phones to call, their phone line was so awful I literally couldn't understand a single word. They couldn't find my reservation because the information was added to the system incorrectly. This was because I had to call to make the reservation because the website only went one week out. So I called the main uhaul customer service number where I was on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected, and then another 25 minutes on hold before a person came on. The location was fantastic... but overall awful experience with uhaul.
