You sould have customers return trucks with the amount they were given, not to fill. Instead of $46.00 it would of only been $23.00. Also, rate of mileage was quoted at $1.79 not $1.99. You over charged me l wrote an email regarding this and no one has gotten back to me. Never again will l use or recommend UHaul to anyone, unless this can be resolved.

I have a low profile vehicle. I told them they should of placed wood under my front tires and they didn't. This caused damage to my vehicle once unloading.

The website said the equipment was NOT available. I called Tom's and they had the equipment. You might be losing business because of this. If I didn't call, I might have found another option.

We dropped off our truck when the location was closed. I did speak to the owner the next day and he was very polite and answered all my questions. However, this station is on a corner and his store sign is only on one side and I recommended to him that he put his sign on the other side of the building too. We didn't know we were in the correct location and left then got turned around and "lost". Better signage would be a plus especially since the location was closed.

We were rented out a trailer that WAS NOT maintained in the slightest. Three tires were so worn down the bands were starting to show. It was pulling to the left when we were towing it, only to find out later that the u-bolt wasn't there on one of the axels. I never thought I would have to check the tires or for a u-bolt connection with the trailer. I don't understand how Tom's Service even let this trailer be rented out! Aren't they suppose to maintain the uhaul equipment and make sure everything is good before renting it out? The level of neglect to this trailer was unacceptable and luckily nothing was damaged. We had one tire completely blow out, while two others were mere moments away from having the same thing happen. The only good tire was sent into the wheel well when the blowout happened. That one good tire, looked to be relatively new, or at least in good shape. So, it's obvious to me that it was replaced at some point and the other three were just left on by Tim's Service and he probably thought no one would notice. I will NEVER rent from uhaul again because it's obvious that y'all don't care about your equipment enough to check the people who license it out.

My reservation was not scheduled to be pick up at that location. I got re- oriented to that location due to the less availability of the truck and the dolly. When I got my final bill I realize that I got charged for coverage, and that was not include on my reservation. I called U-haul to get reimburse for that charge and they start play ping-pong with me. U-haul said the manager of the facility gonna to call me and the manager said call U-haul.
