SHANAN L.Signing in was a disaster, I lost almost an hour trying to sign in to get the key, It would be better to do this from your home. Finally one competent and patient representative was willing to help assist me while others were general and basically felt like I was on my own. Therefore it was a miserable experience.

Karen B.The equipment might have been well maintained, I couldn't really tell. I found it to have a lot of hard miles, a lot of rattles, had a skip when idling and not very stable on the road. I would think that a truck with more than 130K miles would have been cycled out of your fleet. This is a truck I would expect to find at the no name truck rental companies. For the price I would have expected something a lot newer with a lot less miles.
