The location's internet was down for more than a day. I drove 3 and a half hours to pick up this uhaul trailer, i. Yulee, FL, and if I didn't have a mobile Hotspot I would not have been able to get it. The guy hooked up the trailer but never confirmed that the lights were working and we had to mess with all of the wires to get it to work on our own. Extremely frustrating and sketchy at best. If zero stars were possible that would have been my rating!
