They charged me extra 20 dollars Without any reason nobody informed me about drop off. They did everything on call and told me to drop keys off. And after they charged me 20 extra dollars for no reason.

They were very helpful, and checked when I thought I left something in the truck, but I found it at home. Great guy!!!
Barbara HI was a little overwhelmed about doing the checkout and checkin procedure on my smart phone when I had to pickup and return the truck when nobody was there, but the agent at 2838 Garden St. Abbotsford worked with me on the phone and it worked out very well. I really appreciate how cost effective it was to use U-Haul for this move.
