This location is in a less secure part of town. I arrived after hours, before dark and had to park the truck in an unmowed grass field across the street from the facility. I took several pictures of the truck before I left as I did not feel confident that it would not be tampered with during the night before the establishment opened.

This lady that does the rentals here is so nice. I have rented u-haul trucks in the past but this was the first time at this place. If you are in Abilene Texas and find a need for a truck this is By far the best place anywhere I have ever rented a u-haul truck. Thank Max Bailey

When I called the 1-800 number the customer service rep picked the U haul location that was much farther away, justifying it that the other locations had too much inventory. I can definitely tell that the customer isn't the priority, but what is easy for U Haul. I had a much better experience with Penskie when I used them and will probably use them in the future. They have nice, new, well maintained trucks that handle well and personally that are very helpful.

Parents of college students, this is the place to rent a Uhaul to guarantee it's done right! We used this location as a return site for a one-way trip and recent local rental due to a complicated, multi-step college move. Becki, at Radical Rides, is so helpful and responsive! She made the arrangements easy for us and was flexible when we had a time delay/change. I booked the original one-way online and had multiple issues which took 4 hours to resolve. Do not book with Uhaul online- book directly with the location.

They were closed so just dropped off thg he truck and left keys and contract in box. Looked like a junk yard. Was no parking lot or designated area to park truck, just parked in grass to side in front off the road in front of wrecked car. Address on building was only way we found location.

My comments for the on-line rental process rather than this specific location - it doesn't really let you rent for just 1 day - it assumed a two day rental - I only needed it for 1 day which would have been cheaper.
