First I had to find a place to drop it off it was to close to the street and the truck could get damaged. Then then charged for gas that was fraudulent and put the gas where I picked it up from.

Unfriendly rude unprofessional arrogant complaint that i dropped off vehicle too late, but had this till 23rd and he said was waiting already on it and still didn't believed me till he looked it up. Never again here
Thomas S.The business had the parking lot entrance blocked by car (to prevent anyone from entering the parking lot), so I had the leave the U-Haul truck on the side of a very busy road/highwayâ€"and risk my life getting out of the truck with cars driving by at 60+ mph. If they do not want vehicles entering the lot and dropping off a rental during off-hours, then they do NOT need to provide the service.
Leah G.My only issue was not with the individuals at the rental location but with Uhaul. My original pickup location was at Aberdeen, MD Stack & Store. It was chanced to Abingdon, MD without my knowledge. It was a minor inconvenience but it would have been nice if I received a text notification specifically informing me about the change.
