I showed up at 10am to pick up the truck, the time that the location opened and the time setup in my reservation. The owner if the smoke shop was 45 minutes late getting to his business, thus making me sit and wait 45 minutes. I made several phone calls to uhaul. they were extremely helpful and actually had me lined up for another rental when this guy finally showed up. After another 15 minutes of him turning on and trying to fix his printer, i was finally able to get on the road.
