Unable to access website during the time I was picking up. Needed to call Uhaul and have operator walk me through. It was a technical issue, not user error. Ive done this several times so know how to do it. For whatever reason, you could not connect to the app at that time. Another uhaul customer trying at the same time had same issue.MATTHEWGENE B.

The truck had a lot of food crumbs in the cup holders and there was trash in the floor. It was not properly cleaned and I'm sure not disinfected which in the midst of a pandemic is absolutely unacceptable. The air conditioner only worked part of the time despite being set to max AC. The customer service was terrible. It seemed to be an inconvenience that asked to rent a truck and when I didn't understand the online walk around I was told that sometimes it helps to read the instructions. The tone of the comment was very rude and disrespectful. I will never go back there.MATTHEW W.

I never actually dealt with the employees at the facility. My pick up time was before they opened and drop off after they close, which is beneficial to someone with a busy schedule. The only issues I had was with the website and trying to secure the truck and then getting to the truck when it was time to pick it up, using the phone app. The truck was behind the gate and I had no way to get to it. Obviously, it got worked out through contacting staff through the website. Those staff members that I dealt with were extremely helpful throughout this process. Didn't have pads. Still charged for pads. Had to take two trips and double mileage due to no pads and still had damage. Noted at time of use. Ignored by the company and charged anyway. When approached again the pads were refunded but still paid for double the mileage and had scratched furniture as a result. Highly dissatisfied. Highly disappointed.Christopher B.

They charged me 47.00 instead of 41.75. She said she would wave the extra and only charge me 41.75, but she didn't. No help hooking the trailer up or making sure the lights work. Wont be back to that location.Brian H.
There was noone there to help hook up the trailer. There are as no place to get out of the rain. The hitch needed maintenance because it was very hard to move to secure to trailer hitch.Phil C.

My name is Rebecca McInnis. I rented this truck for my client, Jay Jones. The person checking us in did not make it clear that the name on the receipt would be the primary driver. Jay Jones was the client using the truck but I was the one renting and paying for the truck. I explained this to her that I would be renting. I need this in my name for my tax purposes. Also, I feel the mileage charged to me is incorrect. This person working your front desk was not clear and apparently didn't understand what I was doing. I thought I had explained everything in great detail. The location was closed and the truck rental was not equipped with the dollies we reserved. We sat in the lot for an hour because your app only allows you to see the gate code when checking in. The facility should be open on Saturday and there should be a way to exit when trapped! At the very least an emergency number. We will never use this location again.Daniel S.
No tie-downs even available, person working wasn't extremely accommodating about that, pricing is a bit expensive for the mileage charge, will use Budget or another company in the futureMaxwell H.
My p/u was scheduled for 9am but the office attendant did not arrive until 9:10am. She said that she had be scheduled for 10:00am. An attendant did not come out to inspect the truck prior to the rental. They had me sign a doc saying that the gas tank was full without checking the gas. When I got in it, it was a little less than 3/4 tank full. I had to turn around and go back to let them know. We hit ran during our move which I thought was fine since I had rented a covered vehicle. When unloading we discovered that all of our contents were wet. There were areas of the roof of the truck where you could see daylight. When I called the U-Haul location they acted like this was a surprise but it's hard to understand how they wouldn't have known. They instructed me to call another # to report the incident. I've rented U-Hauls many times in the past but have never had an experience like this. We spent most of our moving day working to dry the contents of the U-hual and spread out in an effort to dry out. This made for a REALLY long day.Amy G.
