This was not the location I booked. The morning of the rental I was informed the unit I reserved for 8:30 would not be available until after 10 at a different location. If you're tight on time, UHaul may not be for you.

Maria T.I don't like that they did not, and put the information that the equipment was returned. One time in order for me not to receive a text message saying that guy my equipment was overdue when it wasn't so if they cannot be prompt and reliable and allowing the U-Haul company to know that the equipment has been returned. I don't think that this facility should be distributed in U haul at all.
Antwa B.I had trouble getting into the small lot as it is a downtown city spot. I had to drive around and come back to get guided in. They were very helpful though but in the future I would choose an easier location to access.
Lenore D.i was very upset that after i had used the u haul for their cargo van for just one hour I was charged double for using that location instead of a regular u haul location i feel like i was ripped off i would never use that location again
