The truck was very clean and ran well. The only reason I put "no" on well maintained was that the breather on the gas tank was broken due to someone having tried to siphon gas out of the truck. As a result, it took 30 seconds to pump one gallon of fuel into the truck thus turning fuel stops into 20 minute ordeals. Thankfully a gas attendant showed me a trick with a ball point pen so that I wouldn't have to hold the nozzle that whole time. I can't imagine what I would have done without that trick.

Absolutely a terrible experience here !! I rent from U-Haul many times each year and this was truly the first bad experience I have ever had with U-Haul ... The Eugene and Springfield locations always offer great service , professional staff and clean well maintained vehicles .

SUZETTE MTruck was dirty inside and out. I had ordered package of moving blankets. They were not in truck. Had to request they be removed from bill.
