The man screwed me out of 200 dollars because he took away my discount saying I declined to take it to the discounted drop off location yet confirmation texts and emails confirms that's the drop off location. Im still trying to correct this! It's been a few days and I have to call claims back one last time before figuring this out. My account is negative now because of this, and I had to clean the uhual before loading it as it had water inside of itLevi G.

Unfriendly/rude employees who didn't speak English well and demonstrated poor communication skills, with no desire to help me as a customer (appeared annoyed that I was even there and made me feel unwelcome). No instructions or inspection regarding truck usage. Charged for insurance when I did not request it, and never returned my phone call message that I left.. Drop off location was not where I requested on form and was 20 + miles away from my home/end destination. Truck worked out great, but interactions with female employee at store and male â€œbossâ€ on the phone were unacceptable! This encounter was definitely NOT a pleasant experience, by any stretch of the imagination!Greg M.

The employees at the location being knowledgeable of the rental process and follow proper COVID safety procedures. The employee couldn't clearly communicate with me, wasn't wearing a mask, and had to give me the business phone to speak with the â€œbossâ€ who then had to call me back on my cell phone quite a while later... after he asked me for extra info and phone numbers not required by uhaul, since I had already submitted the info and documents the night before he told the employee to give me the keys. The truck operated well and we had no issues with it. The process of traveling and loading/ unloading took longer than expected so we had to drop off after business hours. The process was going well till we got to the receipt which charged us for two days of rental when we only had it for around 9 hours. When rechecking how much I would be charged if I had decided to keep the truck for 24 hours the uhaul quote was the same as I had been originally quoted not the double charge that was on my receipt. I guess I will put the maximum amount estimated for a days rental next time if I chose to use uhaul in the future.Benjamin F.
Staff were not really geared toward the U-Haul service. The representative I talked to on the phone was outstanding in helping me complete the truck return. She was in Oklahoma as I recall. She was extremely courteous, professional and helpful and patient.Octurus I W.
If you do everything online (entering driver info as well as their DL info) it'll just take a minute. I didn't feel comfortable doing that online, so I just gave him the info and 5 minutes later, we were on our way.Elizabeth G.
The truck was filthy. Sticky soda residue in all of the cup holders. Trash on the floor. The windshield was so dirty I had to stop and clean it. The girl behind the counter knew nothing about the rental process, but was very nice, and as helpful as she could be.William C.
READ ALL OF THIS- Started with rental from Storage Depot in Burleson. Nightmare- planned to p/u truck early in morning before they opened. Upon arrival I opened app (reservation previously made) and they wanted additional information to verify who I was. Who carries around a lease agreement or passport with them? Finally after I get "approved" they give me the combination / letters to open the lock on the truck's back door in order to get the truck key. The lock was broke and I couldn't get in. So now it's 1.5 hours after I arrived to p/u the truck and no one was there yet (opened at 9 am). While waiting for them to "approve me" another couple pulled up to the gate to get into the storage units. They couldn't get in because the * and # keys on the keypad were broke. What a joke. Finally a U-Haul rep on the phone got me a truck lined up in Alvarado at Lucky Mart. These guys were great, I was in and on my way in about 10 minutes. Lucky Mart would get a 5 star but Storage Depot would get a 1 star.Jerome B.
I rented a 20 foot truck because moving some large heavy pieces of furniture. I rented a dolly to help move up the ramp. But when I got to my destination I was shocked to find there was NO ramp!!! This made my moving job even harder since we had to pick up pieces to get to truck. Also, made my rental of dolly useless. I was credited when I return the truck for the dolly but nothing for the truck not having ramp like I was told. Very dissappointing.Sandy P.
Have a employee on site instead of talking to them on the phone. There were no explanations on how the process of renting and returning the truck. No one said about gas and taking pictures of gauges until we returned the truck. We got the truck with 1/2 tank of gas so we returned it with a little more than 1/2 tank of gas. And he charged my card for gas. Employee Never said anything about gas at all. Not happy at allJesse C.

Parking car away from the drop box? Walked all around this scary gas station ghost town looking for a drop box in the only light that was my cell phone. My big truck almost did not fit in parking lot. I didn't think I should park by the old gas pumps? More signs with directions of where to park, and where the lock box is located and LIGHTS needed. The drop box location at the store was well lit.Renee L.

The uhaul had dog hair all in it. There was a big crease/ dent not marked. When I returned it I guess it wasn't recorded and I got a call from uhaul asking me if I was still using it because they had another family that needed it...August B.
