I picked it up at 5:30 pm and thought I'd have it back before morning but it ended up being 1:00 pm the next day. I was charged 89$ per day for two days and didn't even have the truck but 19 and half hours. The representative said it was because I expected to bring it back the same day and it was the next day...CRAZY! I want to be refunded 89$

PICKUP: Dolly was not available with the truck as reserved and had to drive all over town to find one at another U-Haul dealer. DROP OFF: CELL PHONE WAS STOLLEN FROM TRUCK. IT COULD HAVE ONLY BEEN AT THE RETURN LOCATION AND EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT HAVE PROOF, I AM VERY CONFIDENT IT WAS THE ATTENDANT OUTSIDE THAT I LEFT THE TRUCK WITH. I WAS ONLY AWAY FROM THE TRUCK LESS THAN 5 MIN. VERY DISAPPOINTING!
