The only issue we had is that husband was the main driver and she looked at his drivers license and typed it in the computer but because I ( female) was a secondary driver , she said she had to take a picture of my drivers license with her phone and would upload it later but when we returned the rental she had only typed mine in. Not a good thing to have my drivers license on someone's phone. Will have to contact my id theft security company to let them know . Other than that the service from her was excellent and she was very friendly. The uhaul was clean and nice. Office could use a touch up to look more professional. Will recommend
