it was impossible to find this location. the map dropped you off next to the back side of buildings. luckily someone saw us looking ans guided us to the location. But I still struggled because we had to drive ON and along railroad tracks to get there!!! there was no signage that Uhaul drop off was there. They need signage to idicage what people need to do to get there. It was also FAR from where we moved things to while the other anaheil ite was close. we wanted the closer, more normak site. I would not recommend sending anyone here again,

Matilda V.Matilda Vartani was very helpful with all aspects of the pick up and getting us set up. She even called us to make sure we could find the location.
Frank H.No one was there. I called the office and was told to put the key in a box. After I had been gone for a couple of hours I was called and told to take the truck somewhere else. I told them I couldn't do that I no longer had the keys. It was unreasonable to request that. I'm not confident at all that the condition of the truck was safe.
Phillip S.AWFUL location. Looked like a cartel handover spot with drug bust gone wrong waiting to happen! We needed assistance and there was nobody in the mobil home labeled Uhaul. Never again!!
