I was not asked how many miles nor told there would be 0,99 extra for each mile over what Uhaul estimated. Because of the poor road conditions in front of the store I had to go out of my way to get to where I was loading. The return store is about 5 miles from my home so was about 6 miles over the allotted miles.. I had filled the truck with more gas than i used but still had to pay for the extra $6 for miles. The contract print is so small and I did not see that it was only giving me the miles between stores and not the actual miles for the whole trip and return to the store

There were mechanics working there, but they did not speak english and said they were not able to help and the owner wouldn't be in that day at all. We had to wait for over 45 minutes for a regional person to show up and get us the keys.
