Have the extra step on the 10 and 15 foot that you have on the longer trucks. I had to borrow a step ladder to be able to get in and out of the truck.

The person helping me was unable to provide me with the equipment The system did not have my reservation since it was moved by U-Haul and resulted on loss of time and extra charges for additionally mileage In fact the location was unable to find the return location in the U-Haul system Suffice to say the experience issue is NOT with the location but with the U-Haul system in general

The ladies in the office made the experience easy and friendly. I had made an online reservation with uhaul at Carolina Monuments. When I arrived at 10am for my scheduled, reserved and checked in at 10 am there was a sign on the door that no one was in.. I scrambled to find this place at the storage company and found them extremely helpful.

Very clean truck... but.. uhaul has really gone up in price... it cost us 240.00 plus 50.00 gas for a 15' truck for 120 miles... other companies are offering better rates....but service is good
