I was not happy that I had to drop off here, when I picked up the truck, drop off location was supposed to be open. I had already filled the gas tank to the same level as pick up. I went to a local uhaul location which was only like 3 miles away and was told I could not return here. Instead I had to drive an extra 15 miles and get charged for 1/16th of gas because some one put in this location as dropoff. It was very inconvenient.

Better customer service in Lubbock
Christian S.Equipment was nonfunctional (electrical didn't work). New equipment was issued but not changed in the system resulting in me spending an hour on the phone trying to work out the issues after an after hours return. The app also didn't function properly. You guys need to get things figured out. What a pain!
