I would rate the first place we went to poor (hinsman storage) We were there for an hour and half and we couldn't get in cause uhaul could not find out location... made the day was more stressful then it needed to be and it was very upsettingSUSAN D.
The truck was a disaster, and on top of that I spent $240 for two days but the only reason I had two days is because when I arrived to pick up the truck it wasn't available, which in turn out me behind and had to drive an hour out of my way to get the uhaul and miss a shift at work.James M.
Muhammed was rude acts like he is smarter than everyone, rude, talked to me as if I wasnt on his level aka inferior, bc Im a female, stupid so in an so forth!!!!! charged a $100 dollar deposit yet other uhaul places doesn't do that! The agreement I signed was .79 cents per mile and they ended up charging me .99 cents per mile. The guy messed up my sign in, and then wanted me to stop moving to go back into the store to sign in before he got into trouble. And then once I returned the uhaul truck I had to wait 30-45 mins until he figured out how to charge me and then ended up over charging. Not to happy at all!!!!!!!!!!!! I will be calling to handle this matter!meranda H.

The reason I chose this location was its convenience. However, the computer wasn't working I had to wait 30 minutes to be able to leave with the truck. They also did not have all of the equipment I had rented online available and ready. This caused me to be late in being prepared for the help we had for moving.Chris W.

For our first experience of renting a U-Haul it was awful. Our rental wasn't ready when we went to pick it up. Then when we returned it at this location it wasn't even dirty and they charged us a $25 dollar fee to sweep it out. Ridiculous. Last time I will ever rent one.Cory G.
I got to my destination and realized there was a lock on the door. No one gave me the combination to unlock it and when I tried to call the store no one would answer the phone. I had to drive all the way back and get a completely different truck. Once I got the new truck, the back hatch wouldn't go down due to being broken. Terrible experience and I am expecting a full refund. Thank you for wasting my time and money.Garrisen S.
