It took much longer than expected to obtain the truck. I was made to "go through hoops" to get the truck- which some of the verifications seem necessary but not all. I was lucky enough to speak with a representative over the phone, I believe her name was Sonny. She was very very helpful and I don't know if I would have gotten the truck without her help. Other than that, the truck was clean and very easy to use. I have used U-haul many times and would do so again in the future. Overall good experience.

The truck was filthy, seats torn. The "tow/haul" button continually went on. I was charged for 4 GALLONS of gas. I only drove 12 miles. That was most definitely an overcharge.
