MICHAEL TThis location is so easy to work with. Meredith was so patient and friendly. She was above and beyond helpful in explaining things to me and making recommendations of what equipment I should use. I am a mid 60's female, making a trip on my own. She assured me I could handle the equipment. When it was move day, after we had the truck loaded, she patiently showed me how to load my SUV on the auto transporter, and then how hook it to the truck. Uhaul makes the eqipment user friendly and with Meredith's instructions, and even a route recommendation, I left feeling very confident. Apple maps failed me and somehow rerouted me from my lesser traveled route. I found myself driving a fully loaded 20' truck and a auto transporter with my SUV though Austin TX on a Friday afternoon. YIKES! But the equipment is easy to handle, and I made it through without incident, even with construction.. If you have ever been on I-35 in Austin, you know that is not fun even in a economy size car. I highly recommend this Uhaul location. Very friendly, knowledgeable and safety conscientious.
