The truck was returned on Sunday 9/10/23 at approximately 5:01PM (I took a photo of the truck sitting next to others in the lot) AND I walked the key in to the store and handed it through the glass window to the clerk. WHY was my credit card charged for an additional day?Shauna M.

When I dropped the truck no one was here, I had to do it in my cellphone..Carlos S.
I do not recommend dropping off at a gas station neighborhood dealer. The attendants were not trained properly. They kept calling their boss to find out what to do. All they told me was to check out online. They did not inspect the fuel level or mileage. Nor did they have an answer on returning a few items I did not use - several boxes and one furniture pad still in the plastic wrapper. I also had a windshield chip that I already had my insurance, USAA, provide me with a claim number to provide them. Although they were both nice, they were clueless on how to check me out. In fact, they wanted me to park the vehicle in a tight location rear wind in, and I refused to do so. I told them I would park nose in first, as my backing skills are not very good in terms of judgment. Because I was stressed out and it comfortable with the procedure I was just given, I called the UHaul 800 number and checked out with Monica McQuade. Monica was awesome and very understanding. She was personal and got everything done quickly. I followed her directions and sent in pictures in of the fuel level, mileage, windshield chip, and my insurance claim number from USAA to upload into my file. Monica also told me to turn-in the unused items back to regular UHaul location for a refund with my receipt. She gave me peace of mind when I departed. Thanks, Ms Quade.Marlin R.
