check the tires and wheels and the lights. Had to take this trailer back for another one. there wasn't a new contract made. first trailer had marker and turn light out. The replacement trailer had a flat tire because the rim weld was broken. I discovered the weld fractures when inflating the tire. I asked the dealer for a tag to put both trailers out of service and he said you don't use OOS tags . You better get this taken care of before the NTSB gets after you, or worst yet someone get killed.

Truck was missing the gas cap. Had holes in the roof and leaked. Wiper blades were shot.

Again please refer to my email but this location didn't check the truck in, notify me of the drop off issue, and lost the keys I personally handed in. I was only notified of the issue when the incorrect drop off location entered by the pick up site (car doctor) had incorrectly entered that the truck was missing and considered late.

Make changing information on an account easier for the leasor. My deposit will now be issued in my late husbands name and not my son's because the person filling out the contract couldn't make the changes needed

Reserved trailer online several days before, and when we got there, trailer was not there and would have had to wait for it to be delivered. Had already waited at least 30 min to get rental so ended up getting different size trailer. The man resubmitted our online request and started over, taking up more time and changing the rental price at least 4 times. Not a pleasant experience.

Pls create a pop-up on the computerized check-out process which explains deposits etc. Uhaul put a hold of 60 dollars on my card. NOT GOOD. THE FELLOW BEHIDE THE COUNTER SAID "IT IS JUST WHAT THE COMPUTER DOES. I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER IT" ???????.

Took nearly an hour to get reserved truck rented. Promised equipment was not in truck and had to wait for dolly and furniture mover to be located. Then inside of truck area was covered in sticky stuff that had to be washed out. The whole process was a royal mess!
