This location was fine. Parking was a bit tight in the U-Haul lineup of trucks, but we managed just fine. The businesses nearby had items in the windows and were playing music that was not family-friendly, but the U-Haul portion of the location was fine. I did not interact with any personnel here because it was a self-drop-off.
Jacob MThe employee was very kind and considerate given the circumstances. Only some of the equipment (utility dolly)I requested was located on premises when I arrived. I had to go to another u-Haul location to pick up the additional equipment (furniture dolly) I requested. The other facility was not notified to expect my arrival for the equipment. I was told the 20 ft truck had a half tank of gas which was actually 1/8 tank. I was compensated for the gas.
Elizabeth SThis location was a bit hard to find and its hours of operations were very limited. I didn't interact with any personnel there as they had already left for the day despite my dropping the rental off during standard daylight hours.
COLIN SPicking up the rental truck was easy. They had the truck ready for me, along with the furniture blankets. I couldn't imagine a smoother process.
