It was an utter nightmare. Local locations showed no small trucks/cans were available although I could SEE multiple ones in the parking lots. I went to this location which was ten miles out of the way (adding an extra $20) abs the only truck listed as available was a 26’ truck which made it much more expensive. I laterally only had a couch and a table. The location appeared to be in someone’s yard in the middle of nowhere. Horrible experience.

Edward JThe trailer I received had a hole in the roof through the ceiling and water came in and ruined several of the things I was moving in the trailer. I had to do an after hours drop off, and there was a problem with the trailer hitch. The insurance I purchased through u-haul did not cover assistance in this so I had to pay for a local tow company to come and remove the trailer from my vehicle.
William EEvent Rental was great. UHaul customer survives have a lot that needs to be improved. We were hung up on three times, could not access the web site, people just wanted us off the line when we did get through. I was very happy when the lady from the Event Rental showed up and took care of everything in just a short amount of time.
