Horrible experience. Staff unaware of the rental process - didn't know they had the trucks, how to rent the trucks, where the keys where. Reservation was for truck and dolly and moving pads. Only had truck, had to go to other location to get dolly and moving pads Won't be renting from a "neighborhood" uhaul location again in the future.
