Employee was very rude and location isn’t the safest. But all the equipment was present and easy to locate.
BENJAMIN BI was moved to a remote station and it was too much work, the fuel wasn't right and it required several calls to straighten everything out. All the reps were very helpful, but I would not do a remote station again.
Robert GYour online reservation process was the absolute worst, your customer service to assist was the "worstest", it's not worth explaining. But I will not use your service again.
James HThis was the worst moving truck rental experience I have ever had. My original location for where i was supposed to pick up my U-Haul was changed and I could not get in contact with that location. I go to an actually U-Haul branch to get assistance and they were very unhelpful and mean to me while I am trying to get assistance. The app did not update to give me the lock box information and I had to be on the phone with different people from the company for 2 hours and kept being put on hold. I will not be referring U-haul to anyone else and will make sure to not use this company moving forward. I expect the customer service and willingness to help to be way better from a company like this. Especially since the error was on the company’s end on not updating the app and scheduling my rental.
