Location felt unsafe. The truck was unlocked when I arrived. Mileage was wrong when I tried returning the truck
ROBERT B.This location need to be closed. It looks as if no one is in that plaza. It's dark, in the back down in a hole somewhat. It's horrible and not safe for anyone returning by themselves, especially a woman.
Lisa M.This pick up location was in a filthy and very sketchy area. Does not appear to be a safe place for someone and their family to come pick up equipment. The area where the lockbox was located reeked of urine. The parking lot definitely needs to be repaved or just dug up entirely. There was a envelope with a child's drawings left in the dashboard windshield.
