ZACHARY PTook an over an hour to talk to 24/7 U-Haul trying to figure out where the dropbox was located for 207 Hudson Trace. No dropbox available and even 24/7 U-haul was provided the wrong information about location of Dropbox which was for a Peachtree location not Hudson Trace. We eventually had to leave the key in the bed of the U-Haul. We already had issues with pickup which Fort Valley location didn’t have the key available forcing us to change for hour away Hawkinsville pickup so it was really troublesome to then have so much trouble with dropoff too which in total added 4 hours to our trip.

Johan OWhat a mess with this location. when we got here for our drop off after hrs., nowhere any sign of location name or no parked U-Haul trucks on a parking lot. Hard to tell we were at the right location or not. Online website telling us 24hrs drop off available at this location. After spending almost 30 min look around the location, we decided to drop off our truck and checking out online, but they do not have anywhere key drop off box or any sign. After looking inside, the building we found the location name and suit number but no sign of U-Haul or drop box. we just show some other customer left the key at doorknob so we decided to do same thing and taking the risk might vehicle be gotten stolen. U-Haul need to take this comment seriously and take action to avoid unexpected event happen in future.
