Petro V.Renting a U-Haul was a nightmare. To start, I could not access the keys at the pickup location. I went into the pickup location because I needed help but the lady there spoke not a single word of English so she couldn't help and I ended up having to call the 1-800 number. For two, the entire truck was covered in mud so it looks like it hadn't been cleaned in ten years. While driving the U-Haul, it was so out of alignment that I could hardly even drive it without it throwing me into the curb. It was seriously so bad that I took the U-Haul back after two hours and basically got ripped off for my money because. Also the lock on the back of the truck hatch was broken it would not lock.
