The location was moved from a UHaul dealer to some sub location which was a 40 min round trip vs 10 min. There was no one there at the time posted and the phone number on the door and in your record was not working. It took an hour to get through to your traffic and finally get the code to get into the lock boxes. It was just horrible

There was nobody at the Orvi drop off hrs posted 10:00 I drop my uhaul at 10:15 so i drop keys into drop off box and couple of days I call to confirm my drop off and they said truck was not dropped off so I was worried about the cost and your reps assured me that everything was ok. They would check on it.
