Had an issue with returning the U-Haul. I was overcharged. She stated the gas was more than what was in there I need a receipt to see what she tried to charge me for.

arrived to area, no one to help, downloaded app, paid for uhaul and came to realize the key in the box didn’t match the car, had to call uhaul, stayed on the phone for like 40 mins, got new u-haul and headed to location, arrived at location and the u-haul had a lock on the back, so once again had to call and waited 30 mins to finally be able to open and to charge $200 for that service is unbelievable.
EMMANUEL MThis location is Horrible! The management of this location is e xtremely rude and doesn't know or have any Professional mindset! She made mistakes and blamed myself for for what she messed up on that should have been completed the day of the returned truck. Also, with all my efforts to assure that correct communication and documentation was noted she failed to read or attempted to have knowledge. She is the appitime of Lazy and has not a clue what it means to represent a Brand organization. She needs to be FIRED!
JULIA DThere was no one there when we dropped off the truck because it was after 9pm. The place was well lit but the only problem is it’s near the woods where you park the trucks. So we had to get out and walk around to find the key drop box. It kinda felt like a horror movie scene. Maybe have some arrows directing people to the key drop box
