Was a great central location for my move. Had everything ready for me and was very professional.

The office was closed at 3:00 PM and I called the contact number on the door. I was instructed to drop the trailer in the yard and leave my name on a note. I would not normally drop a trailer i was responsible for at a an unmanned place. Since this was a 12 foot, double axle trailer it was very heavy and I had to jack it up off the hitch not being strong enough to lift it. Again an irritation because the office was not manned.

Improve signage at drop off- no clear sign of office entrance. Very easy process-so not big deal. Just parked by other trailers and disconnected and then walked around to find office.

I was told at the time i dropped the uhaul off that he would be charging me $10 because I didn’t fold up the blankets. He told me he would waive the late charge because i had to wait for him. I had already checked out and wasn’t late. But I waited for him to finish taking care of another customer and while I waited I could have folded the blankets had I known. I had a flight back to Houston and didn’t have time to fold them!! No one told me about folding them over the phone or when I picked up the uhaul. I will not be recommending your organization to anyone based on this experience.

This is not the location I requested. It was on the opposite side of town. There were 3 u-haul locations in a 10 mile radius. U-haul needs to make sure the customer knows the requested location was not the drop off point. Then let the customer decide if they want to use your company or someone closer.

The representative was not readily available or around the office area. This location was an auto care sales establishment but there was no one around to help me for at least 10 minutes.

SO i was in a hurry and botched the order. I thought all trucks came with a ramp and just ordered the 10 footer. When we realized the mistake, it was no more than 5 minutes and they had me switched to a 15 footer. I was back on the road and still made my deadline. They didn't panic, therefore neither did i. How it was handled made all the difference. Well done guys, well done!

The gas indicated on the contract was not at the same fullness as it was when I received the cargo van. I receieved the van at 3/4 full and returned it a little more than 3/4 full. However I was charged $12 for gas.

Have staff be clear about rates, pick up time, and drop off times. I called ahead of time to ask what time they closed. John said they were open until 7, but that I could drop it off after 7 and leave the key in a drop box. He failed to mention that I'd be charged an additional day for dropping it off after 7. I chose to eat dinner (since I drove in from out of town) and then drop off the truck. I received my receipt this morning with additional fees of almost $60. Had I known I'd be charged for an additional day, I would've not eaten! I was also charged insurance for today and I don't see why if the vehicle was parked at the U-haul site since last night!

The guy was in a rush and wanted to leave the office at 7 and the customer service experience was really bad. He mentioned that I had passed the time of the rental when i was actually 30 minutes below the 6 hours. Also he was very clumsy calculating the total of miles. He even mentioned he didn’t like this type of work. Weird
