The uhaul smelled like cigarettes and there was no one to assist me with a uhaul. I would like a refund for the inconvenience

ADOLFO BCustomer service was great! I rent trailers frequently so I come to this location for all my needs.
SCHUNN HWe made the order in Pflugerville, but they never notified us of it being there, and it was not. Phone call to corporate sent us to M &M in Pflugerville. It was not there. Personnel found one in Austin. The Austin site was great, and the Cedar Rapids site was excellent. The running lights on the trailer did not work. Brake lights, flashers, and turn signals did. If not for the run around finding the trailer, I would have given 5 star review.
