Tried to use app and website at time of drop off and couldn’t get cell service at location. Found it frustrating to have to try to call and then wait for 15 minutes on hold to talk to someone. I would have liked to have had my drop off location confirmed/planned when I made my reservation.

I tried to use the app after renting online. but it would not sync with my order. the lady at Hartsels took great care of me and handled everything when the app did not work.

Woman at desk told me to take trailer elsewhere because she didn't have anyone to handle a trailer that afternoon. I was on a time-crunch so I refused and told her we are dropping trailer right here in an open spot. She said she wasn't allowed to move them because of her back and nobody there to help here. I, am already inconvenienced by having to unpack wet boxes.
